Dev Team Goals 2024 / 2025## 1) 95% Retention on Non Legacy Clients
Aligning with the company goals of running at a 25% profit our team goal will be to maintain a greater than 95% retention level on all non legacy website maintenance clients. This will be achieved primarily by;
- Enhancing the level of regular (monthly) maintenance checks and balances
- Backporting current base standards and enhancements when appropriate
- Ensuring team procedures are reviewed and implemented to ensure the highest levels of service, quality control and attention to detail
Measure:
- Continue to measure retention rate of non legacy clients
Timescale:
- End of Q1 / 2024 for implementation, ongoing to year end for application and monitoring.
2) Develop and apply a Premium minimum standard for Statamic websites
Aligning with the company goals of running at a 25% profit and to develop a premium product offering we will be enhancing the minimum standard product offering we are able to build through enhancements to the stock boilerplate applied to all websites in combination with a library of core enhancements that we are able to offer to apply where required, we will achieve this through;
- Further enhance the base boilerplate features and standards enabling us to apply more standard, automated features, with much greater efficiency
- Implement a minimum standard of accessibility standards and styles in call bespoke page templates
- Build a library of page speed enhancements that we can apply to achieve an GTMetic A grade in all but the edge case scenarios
- Implement a base level of automated structured data and metadata support in all pages to enhance the SEO offering along with the ability to add manual, bespoke, additions
Measure:
- Update to existing boiler plate with the enhanced features.
- Document within Slack the agreed optimisation techniques and accessibility standards
Timescale:
End of Q1 / 2024.
3) Implement a team Skills Matrix
Aligning with the company goals of running at a 25% profit and to develop a premium product offering we will develop a team skills matrix to identify areas where we need to upskill to offer a better service through overlapping skills to service and to enhance the team skillset and ultimate available product offering to client
Measure:
- Production of a populated skills matrix referenced and updated within quarterly reviews
Timescale:
- End of Q2 / 2024
4) Investigate and Develop a Premium project / site support offering
Aligning with the company goal to develop a premium product we will look to cost and document a premium project / client support offering to made available as a starting point for an enhanced service, this could include areas such as;
- Dedicated account managers
- Out of hours support
- Enhanced / direct communication channels or collaboration channels
- More regular / defined project updates
Measure:
- Documented product offering to be moved over to the Sales Proposals

- End of Q2 / 2024
